Fractal Factory is an exploration of intuitive mark making within artist Braden Howard’s unique style that focuses on the way light refracts into different colours, distorting landscapes and objects around it. The exhibition consists of abstract drawings that delve into the fictional universe created by the artist: the various stories, lore, creatures, strange planets and places, magical beings and all-powerful gods.

Many of the works presented manifest as trading cards, which the artist has fond memories of collecting, it is this format that turns the artist into a sort-of factory worker, allowing him to push his intuitive practice to its limits by producing as many works as possible.
